Tobikuma Uchiha (うちは飛熊, Uchiha, Tobikuma) was the Second Hokage (二代目火影, Nidaime Hokage; Literally meaning "Second Fire Shadow") of Konohagakure after assuming office by force. Notoriously known for slaying his predecessor, Ryuunosuke Senju, the First Hokage, and his reign is infamous for being cruel and filled with terror. Due to his harsh way of leading, he was called the Blight of the Leaf after his younger brother, Hiraku Uchiha lead a rebellion against his oppressive rule.
