Jōki, an island located on the North Western coast of Water Country
The Land of Vapor (蒸気国, Jōki no Kuni) is an island located on the North Western coast of the Water Country. The country's weather is typically cool, and mist is very common in the area. The island features many lakes, and on the South Eastern side of the island, many mountains are located, whereas the North Western part is filled with lush forests. As the island was previously uninhabitated, the island's shinobi do not have a certain element orientation, but due to the climate, water would be the most common by nature.
